Sweet Potato Brownie

Nutritional Tip

Ingredients

Sweet Potatos are packed with essential vitamins and minerals that nurture the body to replenish and heal itself, making this a superfood for those with Chronic Fatigue or Adrenal issues.

They are an excellent source Vitamin A , Vitamin B and Niacin which we know assists with depression and anxiety and beta carotine for healthy vision.

​Organic raw cacao is full of anti oxidents and magnesium for healthy brain function combating 'Fibro Fog'

Food made with Love has more nutritional value and heals the body
3 cups grated sweet potato
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup raw cacao powder
2½ tablespoon coconut flour

⅓ cup honey
2 vanilla beans
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
​A pinch of love

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C
Combine grated sweet potato, eggs, honey and coconut oil in a large bowl
Add in vanilla bean seeds, raw cacao, baking powder and baking soda
Add coconut flour and mix through
Pour the mixture into a lined square cake tin
Bake for 25-30 minutes

To serve

Allow to cool for 10 minutes
Remove from tin and cut into squares
Top with whipped coconut cream and raspberries

Wow, what a so deliciously sweet potato brownie and many children are eating this brownie and enjoy. All the children are eating the different type brownie and enjoy. My mother is an expert in making the different dessert recipe at home.
