Asian Chicken and Mango Salad

Nutritional Tip

Ingredients

Leafy greens are Superheros of the nutritional world.

Packed full of phytonutrients, fibre and vitamins, these bad boys not only help to relieve stress, reduce inflammation and improve gut health, they also have the power to make you look and feel younger!

Mangos are the king of fruits, they contain enzymes that aid in digestion and prebiotic dietary fibre that helps feed good bacteria in the gut.

Food made with love has more nutritional value and heals the body.
2 chicken breasts skin on
1 lebanese cucumber
2 1/2 cups mixed salad leaves
1 radish
1/2 mango

​Dressing
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs love

Method

Heat half the olive oil in a pan
Place chicken breast in skin side down until crispy then turn
Cut the cucumber into ribbons
Thinly slice the radish and the mango
Combine the salad leaves, cucumber and radish in a bowl
Slice the cooked chicken breast

Dressing
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix

To serve

Coat the salad leaves, cucumber and radish with the dressing
Place salad on two plates
​Top with slices of chicken and mango
​Add salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Chicken and mango salad is the best thing in the entire blog website of yours. I believe that there are people who will love to eat this. There are those who will not appreciate it, but most of them will. I mean, even I love it so much, and I want to go and eat more of it in the future. I just want to eat all of the chicken and mango salads that are in the world of the living.
